-Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST): Upon arrival at Exit Gate 8, you will meet the local guide/assistant.

-Guaranteed Departures: Tours are guaranteed with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 52 participants. If the minimum number is not met, PT HOLIDAYS reserves the right to merge clients with other local groups while maintaining the same services and hotels listed in the program.

-Special Dietary Requirements: Please be advised that for organizational and operational reasons, the restaurants used during the tour cannot guarantee special menus for guests with specific dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian).

 

-Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be subject to change for technical reasons or site management requirements.

 

-Hotel "Or Similar": This indicates that rooms have been blocked in multiple properties. Final hotel confirmation will be sent between 21 and 14 days prior to departure.

 

-Triple Rooms: These consist of a double or twin beds plus an extra bed (such as a sofa bed or a small folding bed).

 

-Breakfast (Days 3 & 8): Depending on transfer departure times or hotel restaurant opening hours, breakfast may or may not be provided. No refunds will be issued by the hotels for missed breakfasts.

 

-Dinner on Arrival: Dinner on Day 1 will not be served for clients arriving in Istanbul after 19:00. A cold plate or sandwich will be provided instead.

 

-Weather Conditions: Itinerary stops are described for information purposes and may be modified or canceled based on weather conditions.

 

-Holidays & Special Events: During religious or national holidays and special events, local authorities may close roads, neighborhoods, or monuments with very short notice. This may cause delays or cancellations of certain visits. PT HOLIDAYS does not offer refunds for missed visits under these circumstances.

 

-Optional Excursions (Booking): We strongly recommend booking optional excursions through the local guide to ensure proper timing. PT HOLIDAYS assumes no responsibility for excursions booked via other channels or local suppliers.

 

-Hot Air Balloon & Jeep Safari: These activities are not part of the standard tour and are organized by third parties. Operators may change flight areas or routes due to weather or traffic. Legal and organizational responsibility lies solely with the excursion provider, who may change prices, itineraries, or payment methods. No refunds are provided for cancellations or non-participation (including for personal reasons), unless otherwise specified by the specific excursion organizer.

 

-Price Adjustments: Any increases in museum/archaeological site entrance fees or government taxes may result in subsequent price adjustments.
